From New York and North New Jersey

New Jersey Turnpike to Garden State Parkway South to Exit 82 (Toms River Rt. #37 East).

Stay on Rt. #37 East for approximately 10 miles.

After crossing the bridge, follow signs for Seaside Heights around the circle to Summer Avenue (one-way street toward beach-East) and go to the first traffic light (Central Avenue).

Make left onto Central Avenue and go North 8 blocks to Carteret Avenue.

The Mark lll Motel is on your left.
